UCC Coffee identified the importance of engaging with people across the entire business, to deliver the right support at the right time in a structured and consistent manner. They could help their customers not only provide good quality coffee every time, but identify opportunities for development and improvement with the help of relevant training and support materials.
A three day on-site video shoot to capture the footage for the training series which was set to make a debut at London Coffee Festival. Each video in the series was accompanied by a range of digital and printed materials to help further spread the Coffee Works message.
